Nick The Bean
I had the exciting opportunity to revamp the visual identity for YouTube live streamer "NickTheBean." Nick wanted a fresh banner for his live streams, as well as a new channel banner and profile logo. He provided me with a reference image that he had pride in creating on his own, and tasked me with infusing it with new energy while maintaining the essence of the original art. Drawing from Nick's vibrant personality and energetic content, I crafted a design that seamlessly blended his existing aesthetic with fresh elements to grab viewers' attention and set the stage for his live streams.
SWAGGY 2XS: Two Times
I had the privilege of creating the album artwork for "Two Times," the 2018 release from rapper and musician Swaggy 2Xs. With a name that exudes confidence and a title that hints at doubling the impact, the artwork needed to capture the essence of Swaggy 2Xs' music and persona. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic energy of his tracks and the boldness of his style, the artwork seamlessly blends a grunge aesthetic, striking typography, and edgy graphics. It serves as a visual invitation to listeners, enticing them to delve into the world of Swaggy 2Xs and experience the intoxicating journey of "Two Times."
Luigi On His Phone
This project breathes new life into an esteemed meme format with a retro twist. I took the iconic image of Luigi peering into his phone and recreated it in his classic Super Mario Bros. art style. Every element evokes nostalgia while maintaining the humor of the original image. This playful experiment in design pushes the boundaries of existing memes, demonstrating my skills in reinterpretation and adaptation.
Custom Animal Crossing Pets
A reimagining of the iconic cat characters from "Animal Crossing" through the lens of my own beloved pets, Gemini, Koi and Marbles. Drawing inspiration from the distinct patterns and colors of my cats, I meticulously crafted two unique characters that embody the essence of the game's design aesthetic. With careful attention to detail, I seamlessly integrated the familiar features of my cats into the design, ensuring that each character retained its individuality while remaining true to the spirit of "Animal Crossing." This project serves as a testament to the power of creativity and personal expression, showcasing the seamless fusion of inspiration and imagination.
